User acceptance testing
Your team runs real trades, real settlements, real declarations in a parallel environment. We fix what breaks, document what's configurable vs code-level, and ensure your admin team knows how to adjust things themselves after go-live.
Training & certification
Role-based training: admin cohort first (2-3 sessions, includes self-service configuration and report building), then end-user cohorts by function (trading, ops, finance, customs). Every session is recorded and accessible to new joiners forever.
Go-live & hypercare
A coordinated cut-over with a dedicated Phlo engineer on call. Four weeks of hypercare: daily stand-ups the first week, twice-weekly the next, weekly thereafter. We stay in the room until the first month-end closes cleanly.
Training that sticks
Our goal is for your admin team to run the system without us on speed-dial. That's the opposite of how most enterprise vendors operate, and it's deliberate.
Admin certification
Your admin team learns to configure fields, build workflows, design reports, manage users, and run month-end — without a support ticket. Certification track covers opsPhlo, finPhlo, and tradePhlo separately.
End-user training by role
Trading, ops, finance, and customs roles each get a focused session with workflows drawn from your own data. Sessions are recorded for new joiners — no repeat cost on turnover.
