No upfront implementation
We don't invoice six figures on day one. Implementation is built into the commercial model — you start paying when you start getting value, not before.
Grow-with-you pricing
Pricing is indexed to the capacity you actually use — containers moved, trades captured, declarations filed, or a small share of trading revenue. When you grow, we grow with you. When you don't, we don't punish you.
Modular
Pick the product you need today. Add the other four when you're ready. One data model, one login, no re-implementation when you layer the next module on.

Subscription
Flat monthly SaaS pricing on the smaller products where the scope is clean. Start immediately, cancel with notice, no professional-services minimum.
Revenue share
For strategic customers running opsPhlo or finPhlo across the business, we price the platform as a small percentage of your trading revenue. You pay more when you make more, less when you don't — and software stops being a cost that breaks in a bad year.
Financed implementation
If you want fixed subscription pricing but can't stomach a large day-one implementation fee, we finance the implementation inside the commercial term. You start on a lower spread, step up at agreed milestones, and own the outcome at the end.
