We don't invoice six figures on day one. Implementation is built into the commercial model — you start paying when you start getting value, not before.

Grow-with-you pricing

Pricing is indexed to the capacity you actually use — containers moved, trades captured, declarations filed, or a small share of trading revenue. When you grow, we grow with you. When you don't, we don't punish you.

Financed implementation

Spread the build across a multi-year agreement

If you want fixed subscription pricing but can't stomach a large day-one implementation fee, we finance the implementation inside the commercial term. You start on a lower spread, step up at agreed milestones, and own the outcome at the end.

Pricing questions, answered

Why isn't there a public price list for opsPhlo and finPhlo?
Because they scale with your business. A coffee trader moving 4,000 containers a year and a metals trader running a £500M book need different capacity — and would get a different price. A flat number on the website either overcharges the small customer or undercharges the large one. Talk to us and we'll size the spread against your volumes and give you a written proposal.
How does revenue share actually work?
We agree a percentage of your trading revenue that covers platform + support + ongoing enhancements over the term. The percentage steps with volume bands so you're not penalised as you scale. Implementation is absorbed inside the agreement — no day-one cheque. We've used this model with existing enterprise customers and are happy to share references under NDA.
What happens at renewal?
You keep what you're already paying unless your volumes have changed materially. We index annually to a disclosed benchmark (typically UK CPI) rather than opaque 8–10% uplifts that dominate enterprise SaaS. If you want to renegotiate scope — dropping modules, adding others — that's a one-hour conversation, not a rebid.
Can I see a contract before we talk price?
Yes. Send us your standard procurement questionnaire or a redlined SaaS agreement and we'll turn it around within a week. Our UK terms are designed to sit alongside ISO 27001 and standard enterprise data-protection clauses.
Is there a free tier?
customs-compliance.ai has a free tier for basic duty lookups. tradePhlo, opsPhlo, and finPhlo don't — the value only shows up with real data loaded in, and that's a proper engagement. We offer a 30-minute demo with your data in front of you instead.
